Outsourceo's standard client contract is a three-year agreement with an easy-out clause. It says “Client shall have the right to, at their discretion, terminate this Agreement for any reason as long as a 30-day notice has been provided.” Although we don’t think you’ll want to, this clause means that you can cancel the agreement at any point in time during that three-year period, for any reason.

You will have ability to keep close control over the project. Our assigned Project Manager will be your single point-of-contact for all issue resolution, and will work closely with your guidelines.
